What began as a cozy shack in Ranelagh has now blossomed into a beloved local treasure with three coffee shops, between Dublin and Wicklow including a bustling bakery in Wicklow Town.

Our journey started in Ranelagh but success led us to expand, and in 2016 we opened a unit on Main Street Wicklow Town. The demand for our delicious treats prompted us to move into a larger space where we could bake our own cakes and pastries.

Today, Nick's Coffee proudly operates three cafes and a full bakery, supplying our baked goods to all our locations. We've even set up shop at the GAA in Wicklow Town to cater to sports enthusiasts. From chance encounters to lifelong friendships, our benches have witnessed it all - marriages, reunions, and the birth of Tuesday afternoon gatherings for our retired patrons, whom we proudly continue to support with complimentary coffees.

But our commitment goes beyond our cafes. We offer outside catering with a mobile coffee unit, bringing our passion for quality and hospitality to events throughout Wicklow.

Nick's isn't just a coffee shop; it's a vibrant hub where creativity thrives. Musicians found their rhythm, artists adorned the streets with their creations, and crafters found solace in shared passions. We've always prided ourselves on being an all-inclusive space where everyone is not just welcome but embraced with open arms - because at Nick's, no one goes without a cup of coffee. 

Though our location may have changed since September 2021, our commitment remains the same.  We're still in Ranelagh, now in a new shop, but with the same dedication to serving the finest coffee in town and fostering the sense of community that has defined us from the beginning.
